Cartiera is an ethical fashion laboratory created in 2017. It produces leather and fabric accessories according to Made in Italy craftsmanship techniques, recovering high-quality raw materials, and employing people in vulnerability, enhancing creativity and talent. It considers work as a vehicle for personal autonomy, and an instrument for relationship and personal growth. Its production process is ethically and socially sustainable to high environmental standards, thanks to the reuse of materials otherwise destined for disposal by the high fashion industry and the luxury car industry.
The LISA project, co-funded by the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, has two main objectives: to promote the social and professional inclusion of vulnerable people, in particular people with disabilities, and to raise awareness about the importance of combining productivity and inclusion.
« CRI per le persone » is a project which amis to support social inclusion for the benefit of the most vulnerable people, by providing guidance and facilitating access to social and health services offered by the ITRC Local Branches and other public and private entities.
A digital platform where volunteers and employees from the Italian Red Cross are enabled to share best practices through peer-to-peer communication, develop a network, find innovative tools and opportunities to initiate new activities or better monitor and manage existing ones.
